Bright ruby colour with aromas of red cherry, pomegranate and dried rose. A lively, medium‑bodied palate with fine tannins and a savoury spice lift. A mineral, precise finish echoing red berries and wild herbs. Off‑dry balance adds roundness without losing freshness.
Tariri – Dry Red 2018 – Areni, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon
Made up of Armenian Areni, French Merlot, and Cabernet Sauvignon grape varieties and aged in oak barrels, the concentration of this wine is revealed by the intense colour of ruby red. Tariri has a complex nose with a fruity aroma of blackberries, wild cherries, and grapes with a touch of spicy, peppery notes.
The palate is structured yet elegant, velvety yet persistent. Cabernet Sauvignon gives the wine blackcurrant notes, the Merlot gives it its smooth tannins and the Areni gives it its elegance. An impressive wine with a generous and lovely long-lasting aftertaste.
