Damaged or Incorrect Orders
- If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
- Please provide photos of any damage so we can resolve the issue quickly.
Unwanted Items
- If you change your mind, you may return unopened and undamaged items within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be in their original packaging and in resaleable condition.
- Return shipping costs for unwanted items are the customer’s responsibility.

Refunds
