These Terms & Conditions govern the use of our website and the purchase of products from Armenian Wine Cellar. By placing an order with us, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before ordering.

• You must be at least 18 years old to purchase alcohol in the UK, and of legal drinking age in your country of residence.
• By ordering from us, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
• Deliveries require the signature of an adult of legal drinking age.

• Orders can be placed online via our website.
• All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
• Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering. We accept major debit/credit cards and other secure payment methods offered at checkout.

• We deliver across the UK. Delivery times and charges are outlined in our Delivery Information page.
• We are not liable for delays caused by customs checks or courier issues outside our control.
• Please ensure delivery information is accurate — we cannot accept responsibility for failed delivery due to incorrect details.

• If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, notify us within 48 hours of receipt for a replacement or refund.
• Unopened, unwanted items may be returned within 14 days, but return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
• We cannot accept returns of opened bottles unless faulty.

All products are subject to availability. If an item is out of stock, we will contact you to offer an alternative or a full refund.

• We take care to ensure all product descriptions and prices are accurate.
• We are not responsible for any indirect loss, damage, or expenses incurred due to delayed or failed delivery.
• Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, negligence, or personal injury caused by our negligence.
